Vermicomposting perfectly suited to the city

Vermicomposting is the only process that can offer a comprehensive domestic solution for biowaste in vertical housing.

Suitable for vertical housing

Vermicomposting is the only solution that can be carried out all year round in apartments, indoors or outdoors, and on a small footprint.

ODOR-FREE

Thanks to the enzymes in their intestines and the galleries they dig, the worms aerate the compost and give it an undergrowth smell.

EASY TO MAINTAIN

The earthworms do all the work, so there's no need to stir or add water.

FAST AND EFFICIENT

Compost worms ingest their own weight in peelings every day, creating fertile soil in just 3 to 4 months.

FERTILIZES OUR PLANTS

Vermicompost enriches topsoil and can be used on plants or in the garden. It also recovers liquids used as fertilizer.

30% LESS WASTE

Vermicomposting can reduce the volume of your garbage can by 30%, or around 80 kg.

With Ceercle, gardening and composting become child's play

OUR MISSION: TO HELP CITY DWELLERS TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE OF GREENING CITIES AND SORTING WASTE AT SOURCE

Greening private spaces:
an unexplored solution

At a time when people are becoming increasingly aware of the climatic challenges of urban planning and are looking for concrete, viable solutions to combat the phenomenon of heat islands, public policies have so far focused mainly on the revegetation of public spaces.

However, one major area has been totally neglected by public decision-makers: private balconies, terraces and courtyards.

The stakes involved in local composting are not only environmental and economic, but also educational and social.

Composted waste represents a third of French residual waste and 40% of household waste (83 kg/inhab/yr). It is absurd to dispose of them by incineration or landfill, when we know that they are a resource, and that composting them where they are produced can considerably reduce household waste collection.

Moreover, the Circular Economy and Fight against Waste Act now requires separate management of bio-waste by December 31, 2023 at the latest. In this context, composting biowaste offers a concrete, voluntary solution. No collection costs, no treatment costs, on-site compost recovery.
