What to do when you receive your box

1. I don't forget that plants are living things

Sending live plants is complicated. We do our utmost to ensure that the plants arrive in the best possible condition. But it's like a relay race: we have to rely on you to plant them as quickly as possible.

2. I don't panic if the plants are tired

After a long journey, it's normal for plants to look "tired". There's nothing like a little nap to get them back into shape: put them in water for a few minutes, plant and water one last time.

3. If there are yellow leaves, I remove them

If you find a yellow leaf on your plant, don't worry, it's not serious: it's due to lack of light during transport. Once you've removed the yellow leaf, remember to water the plant and you're done.

4. If my clod is completely dry, I rehydrate it.

When the expedition is long, the soil can become dry. To remedy this, there's nothing better than a little bath for the plants. Before planting, place the clods in a dish filled with water for 5 - 10 min to rehydrate the soil.

5. I don't care if the box has been shaken

If your plants have been shaken during transport, don't panic. As soon as you get home, plant them and water them! The sooner you do it, the sooner they'll recover.
