  • In a soup plate, prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika and onion powder. 
  • Marinate the peels in this mixture for 1 hour. 
  • Cook in a frying pan with a little oil, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until caramelized. 
  • Drain on paper towels and leave to cool for extra crispness.
