Which ingredients?
To prepare your kale chips, you'll need very few ingredients!
For 2 persons :
🌿 A bunch of kale
🫒 Olive oil
🧂 Salt, spices
Kale is an ancient variety of cabbage that has been revived for its nutritional qualities. Whether eaten raw or cooked, kale is a superfood. It's rich in calcium, potassium, vitamins and antioxidants, fiber, and it's low in calories! It hardly gets any better than this 😉

⏱️ Preparation time: 5 minutes. Quick and easy to prepare!
🔥 Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Wash and dry kale leaves. Remove the central stem and cut the leaves into pieces.
Mix with oil and the seasoning of your choice (a little salt, herbs or spices).
Arrange the leaves on your baking sheet.
Cook for 10min until crispy! Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn too much.
