Which ingredients?

To prepare your spinach velouté, you'll need...

  • 500g fresh spinach
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 1 bouillon cube (vegetable or poultry)
  • 750ml water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Spinach leaves can be eaten raw or cooked. Low in calories, spinach leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber! 

Our spinach velouté recipe

⏱️ Preparation time: 15 minutes.

🔥 Cooking time: 15 minutes.

In a casserole dish, sauté an onion in olive oil.

Peel and dice your carrot and potatoes.

Add your spinach and diced vegetables to the pot.

Cover with 750 ml water, add a stock cube and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons crème fraîche and blend.

Your spinach velouté is ready, enjoy!
