Our recipe for zucchini gazpacho
đȘ Preparation time: 15 min
đ„ Cooking time: 25 min
Cut your zucchinis and onions into cubes.
Heat a saucepan with a little olive oil.
Once the pan is hot, place your onions and zucchinis in it and stir regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
After a good ten minutes, dilute your stock in a glass of water. Pour it into the saucepan and cover.
Once the zucchini and onions are translucent, pour them into a bowl. Leave to cool.
Meanwhile, cut 3 slices of bread and moisten with water.
Then add your three cubes of fromage frais, your basil leaves and your bread to the salad bowl.
Blend until slightly smooth.

Place in the fridge to reach the ideal temperature. Serve and enjoy!
