Spinach velouté recipe
⏱️ Preparation time: 15 minutes.
🔥 Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh spinach
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 1 bouillon cube (vegetable or poultry)
- 750ml water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe:
- In a casserole dish, sauté an onion in olive oil.
- Peel and dice your carrot and potatoes.
- Add your spinach and diced vegetables to the pot.
- Cover with 750 ml water, add a stock cube and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons crème fraîche and blend.
Your spinach velouté is ready - enjoy!
