The perfect recipe for winter: leek fondue!

Which ingredients?

To prepare your leek fondue, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 600g leeks 🥬
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon 🍋
  • 30g butter 🧈
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche 🥛
  • Salt, pepper 🧂

Leeks are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Thanks to its flavonoid content, it has antioxidant properties. Rich in fiber, it promotes good transit. And as an added bonus, leeks are low in calories!

Our leek fondue recipe

🔪 Preparation time: 10 min
🔥 Cooking time: 40 min

Cut your leeks in half lengthways, then into sections. Wash well with water.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the leeks. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min. Stir occasionally.

Add lemon juice, mustard and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Cover and simmer for a further 10 min.
