Our lamb's lettuce pesto recipe
Looking for a simple, delicious dish? Try our recipe for pasta with lamb's lettuce pesto!
🔪 Preparation time: 15 min
🔥 Cooking time: 10 min
In a blender, blend the walnuts and Parmesan until a crumbly texture is obtained.
Then add 80g lamb's lettuce, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend again.
Gradually add olive oil while blending, until you obtain a smooth, creamy consistency.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain.
Mix the hot pasta with the lamb's lettuce pesto. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Sprinkle the pasta with the remaining fresh lamb's lettuce and a little Parmesan cheese before serving.
