Which ingredients?
To prepare your beet hummus, you will need the following ingredients:
🔴 800g cooked red beets
🧄 1 garlic clove
🍯 2 tablespoons mustard
🥄 4 tbsp. cider vinegar
🫒 6 tablespoons oil
🧂 salt, pepper
If you're nostalgic for traditional hummus, you can reduce the proportion of beet and add chickpeas: 200g beet & 400g chickpeas!

Blend together the cooked beet, garlic, mustard, cider vinegar and oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, and you're ready to go!
