Our recipe for apple yoghurt cake
🔪 Preparation time: 10 min
🔥 Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Then add the yoghurt, whole eggs and oil. Mix thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous, with no lumps.
Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into pieces. Add the apple pieces to the dough and mix well.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Check doneness by inserting the tip of a knife: it should come out dry.
Unmould the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven and leave to cool before serving.
