- 350g cottage cheese 🍶
- 2 garlic cloves 🧄
- 1 cucumber 🥒
- 4 sprigs dill 🌿
- 2 tbsp. olive oil 🫒
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 🍋
- Salt, pepper 🧂

Our recipe for dill tzatziki
🔪 Preparation time: 15 min
🔥 Cooking time: 30 min
Peel and finely dice the cucumber.
In a bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the diced cucumber.
Remove the skins from the garlic cloves, remove the stalks, then chop finely. Add the garlic to the fromage blanc mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the olive oil and lemon juice into the bowl, then mix well to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add chopped dill. Serve the tzatziki chilled with crunchy vegetables, pita bread or potato chips.
