- Rinse and dry the peelings.
- Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. For those with a sweet tooth, add pieces of butter to the baking tray.
- Bake at 165°C for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving!

Make a fragrant infusion with apple peelings! It aids digestion.
- Air-dry the peelings for a week or in the oven (50-80°C, 40 min).
- Plunge them into hot water and leave to infuse.
- For even more flavour, add cinnamon or vanilla.

- Slip a handful into your bread bag.
- Close the bag tightly, allowing air to circulate.
