Kale pesto recipe
You've all heard of basil pesto, but what about kale pesto?
A great accompaniment to your dishes!
⏱️ Preparation time: 10 minutes. It's so quick and easy to make, there's even no cooking time! 🔥
Ingredients:
- 🥬 100 g kale
- 🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 🥜 50 g whole hazelnuts
- 🧂 Salt, pepper
- 🧄 1 garlic clove
- 🧀 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 🍋1 lemon
Recipe:
- Rinse cabbage leaves. Remove the central stems.
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of your blender and blend until you obtain a homogeneous pesto.
- You can store it in a cool, airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
